You agree that MOIKA Awards may take legal action in instances of defamation, cyberbullying, or any attempt to tarnish our reputation, either directly or through social media, which may harm our brand or operations.
We offer technical support related to registration, voting, and other issues with the awards platform. However, MOIKA Awards is not liable for any technical failures or disruptions beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, hacking attempts, or software malfunctions.
In the event of any disputes, we encourage you to contact us directly for resolution. MOIKA Awards reserves the right to engage external mediators or legal entities if disputes cannot be amicably settled.
Any deliberate action taken by participants, nominees, or voters to discredit or defame MOIKA Awards will result in immediate disqualification from the awards process. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for damages to our reputation and operations.
All users must refrain from engaging in any activities that violate cybersecurity laws, including hacking, spreading malware, or attempting to access unauthorized sections of our platform. Any such activities will be reported to the relevant authorities for prosecution under Kenyan computer misuse and cybercrime laws.
Our voting system is designed to ensure fairness and transparency. Any attempts to manipulate the voting process through fake accounts, bots, or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification and possible legal action. Only registered users are allowed to participate in voting.
All fees paid for registration and voting are non-refundable. Funds collected are utilized for the organization and distribution of the awards, and therefore, we cannot issue any refunds after payment is made.
